South Florida's Fractal Gamma and Hetti House join the CC family with their debut EP. The title track, 'Mind If I Groove' gets things groovin immediately with a fat bass line over swinging percs, subtly placed synths, and a luscious female vocal hook. Palm Springs, California's Alex Harrington gave it his special touch with a more traditional-influenced house remix that also incorporates a bit of funk and rock sprinkled in, making it an undeniable jam. The B-side 'Serenity' takes the project into an almost tranquil state while keeping the energy flowing with the right combination of smooth low end, fluttery plucks, and stabs combined with a dynamic drum pattern. Calgary, Canada's TKO took his remix into an even deeper direction while still keeping the original theme of the record recognizable with a somewhat organic/downtempo style of production that really gets you in the feels.
