Following their fifth album back in June, Trulz & Robin now have key tracks from it remixed across three new EPs. The first features contemporary talents Prins Thomas, Bjørn Torske, Trym & Erik and DanceMusicTherapy.

The original record was a classic-sounding club album that mixed up house and techno with analogue machines, funky rhythms and hypnotising synths alongside guests Robert Owens, Kate Pendry and longtime collaborator Baseman. It now has all new life breathed into it by this fine selection of remixes.

First up is the bonafide disco pin-up and long-time leader of the Scandi-cosmic scene, Prins Thomas. He flips 'This is Love' into one of his signature epics - a nine-minute odyssey through languid space funk and loose-limbed drums. Plenty of fills, freaky vocals and squelchy bass sounds bring it to life and ensure a fulsome dance floor workout. Bjørn Torske, Trym & Erik is the coming together of three more of Norway's top disco innovators. Known for their adventurous sounds and high production standards, they turn '1. O'Clock' into a chunky slice of deep house funk. Jumbles of percussion never let up as starry melodies rise up through the mix next to tribal vocal chanting. Last of all is the enigmatic DanceMusicTherapy with a remix of 'Be there for U' which is a slow-burning cut that builds to house euphoria with the soulful vocal of Robert Owens in amongst ascending chords and elastic grooves.

This is a trio of terrific new cub cuts from Snick Snack Music.
