I went back to how I used to make stuff on this one. Just trawled through a lot of cheap, subjectively bad records, made a big multisample of little bits I liked, chopped it and got a groove going. It was from a HI NRG megamix. It sounded like it had been recorded to tape. Records mixed onto tape, pressed on vinyl. The drums sounded real crispy. I'm not sure what drum machine that is but it sounds like soca records from the same time. Rhythm Roulette. I used some offcut Brief Work vocals to spice it up. More sombre.
