Trulz & Robin’s Mechanized World lives again. The album captures the beguiling sounds of analogue machine music, before the digital revolution. It’s a record that descended its time and lives on today as one of the underrated classics of Oslo’s Techno scene from a couple of the genre’s most dedicated facilitators, Trulz and Robin. Mechanized World was the culmination of the nineties as a decade of Techno, with Trulz and Robin signaling the epoch in this reverent homage.

It tracks Trulz and Robin’s path as significant figures on Oslo’s underground club scene since the nineties where their biography reads like the summation of Norway’s club music history. From their initial introduction over the counter at Oslo’s legendary record store, Music Maestro, their residency at Oslo’s internationally infamous club Skansen, to their prominence during the electroclash phase on the world stage, Trulz and Robin have been there at every significant point. They’ve continued and continue to make significant contributions to Oslo and Norway’s scene, and Mechanized World stands as a highlight of their career.

Mechanized World re-issued as separate tracks today and internationally available for the first time.
