Originally from Odessa, Ukraine, Komilev has found a new home in Spain. With over ten years of experience as a DJ and head of a club art team, his performances and his unique sound bring emotions and enriches the soul of the people. In a short time he released his music on labels like Disco Halal, Watergate, Frau Blau and Engrave LTD, gainig the respect of the electronic music scene community.
Komilev says 'The first thing that inspires me to create something new is my family, my children. I think this is the best thing I've done :) I'm also inspired by travel, new acquaintances, a random track that I can hear anywhere, ambient sounds, nature. Any little things that surround us can become a source of inspiration. It all depends on how you look at them'.
He makes his debut on Rebirth with the double A Side 'Real Life EP'. The title track is a great vocal tune conceived 2 years ago, and meticulously worked up to the current version. Metamorphosis is a monster instrumental cut, with a sub-heavy bassline, piano chords and electronic sequences.
